www.twilightexit.comThe Twilight Exit may be called a dive bar by some Seattleites, but when you come here to celebrate your birthday, you get a huge mug, filled with the drink of your choice, for free. The bar also lets you keep the mug as a birthday souvenir. This laid-back bar features outdoor seating during the summer, nightly karaoke and a rock ‘n’ roll atmosphere. If you like games, try the shuffleboard table, arcade games or play a drinking game with ping pong balls. Another great reason to have a party here: The Twilight Exit offers a daily happy hour from the time it opens until 8 p.m.

The Bar
516 15th Ave. E.
Seattle, WA 98112
(206) 329-4500
www.olympiapizza3.comTo some, it’s known as Harry’s Bar, but to most it is just called “The Bar,” and it sits adjacent to Olympia Pizza on Capitol Hill. The Bar is actually part of the pizza joint next door, but the owner conveniently separated the two establishments to cater to more customers. While The Bar is a smaller-scale venue, the owner and bartender have been known to generously accommodate birthday party groups of up to 20 people, as well as sing Happy Birthday to the group. Drinks are made strong, and the birthday boy or girl receives a free drink on his or her special day. If you call ahead, your party may also bring in its own cake and ice cream.
