The 4: Cheap and Easy Fashion DIYs

View Comments

I’ve always been a DIY kind of girl… even before it was cool. When I was in middle school, bell bottom pants were in but my mom wouldn’t buy them for me. So I took matters into my own hands… I took a pair of my jeans, cut a slit on the outside part of the seam halfway to the knee, then I cut two triangles out of an old t-shirt and tried to hand sew the t-shirt in to the slits of the pants. Needless to say it didn’t work and the pants were unsuccessful, but my will and the thought process was there.

I’m a believer that pretty much anything can and should be altered to match your style. And it shouldn’t cost you a ton on money, so I’ve scoured the web and found 4 Fashion DIYs that are cheap, easy and best of all wearable.
