Van Eps has been a mainstay in the Seattle rock scene since 2006. Their sound can best be described as a “classic feel with a modern edge”, drawing influence from the Foo Fighters, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, and Jet, to name a few. Recently, with the help of producer Scott Olson (former guitarist for Heart and producer for Alice in Chains and the Deftones) and Jamie Chamberlin (video producer for Duff McKagen of Guns N’ Roses, ZZ Top, Sammy Hagar, Slash, and more) they have released several music videos and singles titled “Go Ahead”, “Save Yourself”, and “Nineteen”, with still more on the way. They love playing shows, and sharing the experience with the friends they’ve made along the way, so come out to a show and see what Van Eps is all about!

Members: Matt Strutynski: Lead Vocals and Guitar, Jake Jovanovich: Vocals and Drums, Bobby Steenrod: Bass, Brad Steenrod: Lead Guitar

Cozy old-school garage rock filled with bluesy guitar riffs punctuated by vintage horns
The original demo recordings for Mts. & Tunnels were created by Chris Poage in a creaky old orchard house in Seattle. Dozens of songs were written and dozens were tossed out. However, by 2011, 10 tracks presented themselves and the timing was perfect for Norman Baker(Ian McFeron), Daniel Braithwaite (Eternal Fair) to record what would become their debut EP.

Members: Chris Poage, Sarah Schmidt, Katie Clayton, Liana Green, Zach Stewart, Sandy Dickerson, Norman Baker, Daniel Breathwaite, Kent Haloverson
