The Seattle area is home to several luxury hotels to pamper the weary soul. These escapes rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit after a busy holiday season filled with events, friends and family. Good food, wine tastings or spa treatments are offered by these luxury establishments, and all are located in the picturesque Seattle area.

The Edgewater Inn sits on the north end of the Seattle waterfront, built for the 1962 World Fair, and is the only waterfront hotel in the city. Many famous people have stayed in its rooms, including the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam and Willy Nelson. The Inn offers uninterrupted views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Guests can watch the ferry, cruise ships, sea birds or pods of Orca (depending on the season). It is home to the 4-star restaurant Six Seven, an eco gift shop with coffee bar and a fitness center. The Inn is rated “green” with a focus on local ingredients for the restaurant, organic cotton clothing in the gift shop, energy-saving lighting without compromising the ambiance and fair-trade coffee. The Inn offers valet parking.

The Alexis Hotel is a boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. It is located in an historic building near Pioneer Square and the Seattle ferry docks.
