The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has been soaking people all across the nation these past weeks.

The challenge is simple, pour a bucket of ice water over your head and nominate other people to do it within 24 hours. It has helped spread awareness for ALS which is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. It has also helped raise millions of dollars in donations to help cure the disease.
Robbie Amell kicks off the fun by nominating his cousin and “Arrow” star Stephen Amell.
Amell answers his cousin’s nomination and calls out other CW stars Jared Padalecki , John Barrowman and Grant Gustin.
