Century Ballroom schedules events for persons 21 and over, as well as Latin dance events for all ages. Choose from the tango social nights with DJs Nathan, Deborah or Kristina, or salsa dance nights with DJs Edgar and Mario or DJs Gustavo and Cebrina. Each and every Sunday evening, Seattle’s See See Lounge features “Salsa Sunday” and the best in Latin music from the club’s resident DJ Nick. Come down to See See Lounge any Sunday around 9:30 p.m. and get free salsa dancing lessons while you listen and learn to dance to the beat of Latin mix salsa music, as well as merengue, bachata and reggaeton, in the lounge’s main room. All salsa dance nights are 21 and over only, and have a $5 cover fee to get in.

Located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, Cellars Restaurant and Lounge is a popular bar, hang out and dance club that features “Brazil Nights” every Thursday evening at 9:30 p.m. If you are looking for hot Latin music and also a cool place to bring your sweetheart to show off your Latin dance moves, Cellars Brazil Nights is the place to be. There is never a cover charge to get in and it offers a romantic ambiance along with a mix of the latest Latin music from DJs Luis, Babma Brazil and Dinho Costa. Cellars Restaurant and Lounge is open to ages 21 and over and an ID is required at the door.

At Tia Lou’s night club in Seattle, every Thursday is “La Boom,” a Latin night where ladies get in free all night long. The Havana Social Club is located in downtown Seattle on E. Pike St., near Broadway. It offers a variety of themed music nights including the first Wednesday of each month, which is known as “Manos Arriba,” or “hands up” in English. This Latin-themed dance night features a mix of music from DJs Chilly, Gnotes and Darwin. Friday and Saturday nights at the Havana Social Club are known as “Viva Havana” and “Havana Social” and offer a mix of Latin and other music styles from some of the best DJs Seattle has to offer, as well as surprise guest DJs. Ladies get in free on Fridays and Saturdays before 10 p.m.
